Casey Ricci is a movement guide, ceremonialist, and energy holder. Embodiment has been her anchor throughout different chapters of life and is what inspires her to teach movement, to guide others deeper into their body and aliveness. In 2017, Casey completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and has been teaching ever since. She is also certified in Yin Yoga, Reiki Level 2, Ceremony and Ritual Facilitation, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. As well as, continuing education in somatic therapy, intuition, and energy work.

Class description:

Rooted in embodiment, this practice invites you to listen to the wisdom of your body to move intuitively. We begin with grounding exercises and guided movement influenced by yoga, dance, and somatic practices. The movement will shift as we flow, with moments to embrace the full spectrum of the human experience: sensuality, playfulness, awkwardness, anger, grief, tenderness, joy, and everything in between. This is a space where you have permission to show up exactly as you are and the freedom to explore wherever the practice takes you. No expectations—this class is designed to be freeing.

Erinne Magee is a Maine-based writer, whose personal essays have appeared in outlets like The New York Times, Washington Post, Boston Globe, Parents Magazine and Good Housekeeping. Her latest book WHEN THE BIRCH PEELS, grew out of her own journaling practice- pages that helped her find her voice again. Now, she helps others do the same through workshops that explore journaling as a tool for clarity, healing, and creative expression.
